Sambal Sedap is the mother of all
sambal base.
• To make it even interesting, you may
add in lime juice to make sambal for
ikan bakar (grilled fish).
• It can also be used when frying stuffed
fish (ikan cencaru sumbat). It is also
delicious to stir fry with squid or any
other seafood, chicken or vegetables
