HOW TO REGISTER AS A VENDOR STEP BY STEP
- Navigate to and click on the My Account section located at the top right corner of the Shemarketplace site.
- From the drop-down options displayed, select My Account
- Select the ‘Vendor Registration’ to signup/register as a new VENDOR/ SELLER
- Click the ‘REGISTER’ option to register.
- Congratulations! You are now registered as an ‘VENDOR’.
- Click on the vendor Login tab and enter the Username as the business name you entered during registration and password.
- Upon successful login, you shall be redirected to your dashboard from where you can add your products and/or services as well as analyze your shop data.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
The various accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
By clicking a particular item you will be able to see the order button, clicking it will start filling your cart with your orders.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, to place an order on Shemarketplace one needs to have an account.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
